As the Founder of PCF Insurance Services, Peter Foy is a passionate servant leader and innovative entrepreneur. He has designed a brokerage unique in its commitment to being the most client-focused firm in the industry and has attracted an experienced team of leaders who share his values. 

Prior to PCF, Peter was Vice President at Sedgwick James, the world’s third-largest brokerage firm. While there, he developed an expertise in employee benefits and P&C insurance. In 1987, Peter left Sedgwick James to start his own agency, Peter C. Foy & Associates. 

With his tenacity for growth, Peter quickly grew his agency to be one of the largest and most respected insurance agencies in the greater Los Angeles region. This led to continued expansion through partnerships with like-minded entrepreneurs and agencies. As a result, PCF Insurance Services was formed to provide growth support and shared services to all its partner agencies. 

Peter is enthusiastic about helping PCF partners to grow by providing an entrepreneurial environment through an agency-centric operating model. This model provides a tremendous growth profile, alignment through equity ownership, significant leadership incentives, tools and support that fuel agency growth, and open lines of collaboration and communication. 

In 1987, Peter C. Foy founded Foy & Associates, a leading insurance brokerage based in Los Angeles focused on providing complete risk management and healthcare solutions. Foy & Associates is the legacy agency of PCF Insurance Services.
