Al Marino, PCF Health & Benefits Practice Leader and Principal at Ascela, a PCF Insurance company, brings more than 30 years of experience in the health and benefits space to his clients and colleagues. Starting out on the carrier side, Al developed a passion for helping business owners find the right insurance and benefit products to match their specific goals and needs. With the goal of doing more, Al became an advocate for business owners and their employees by starting his own agency before joining Ascela and PCF, giving him the freedom to work with businesses of all sizes and help them make the best decisions for their health and benefits. Al is a member of the NY Health Underwriters Association and serves as President of the Tom Collins-Chris Panatier 9/11 Memorial Foundation.
