PCF Insurance is excited to announce that Brandon Gray has been promoted to Senior Vice President and Treasurer from Vice President of Treasury, continuing to lead and expand our investment strategies, treasury operations and financing activities; management of debt compliance; arrangement of funding to support business operations and M&A, as well as providing treasury-related acquisition due diligence and integration support; monitoring and testing of the treasury business continuity plan; and driving treasury compliance throughout the organization.

In addition to serving as our company’s Treasurer, our capital finance, corporate tax and treasury functions are also under Brandon’s remit.

Brandon joined PCF Insurance in 2023 from Ancestry, where he managed the company’s capital market and financing strategy for $3 billion in secured and unsecured debt instruments, oversaw worldwide cash management, and led the treasury, risk management and payment operations teams. Prior to Ancestry, Brandon held several ascending roles over 13 years at Huntsman Corporation, served as Senior Internal Auditor at Novell and spent three years as a Senior Auditor at PwC.
