PCF Insurance is excited to announce the internal promotion of Jeff Hutchins to Chief People Officer, promoted from his former role as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Leading our human capital development, Jeff is responsible for creating services and programs designed to promote health and wellness, succession planning, learning and training, and more for our 3,500+ employees. Additionally, Jeff has also been serving as interim office leader in our Pacific Northwest region.

Additionally, since Jeff joined in 2022, PCF Insurance has been named by Utah Business as one of the best companies to work for in Utah for two years in a row, among other awards and accolades.

While Jeff’s early career included over 10 years as an operations professional, he pivoted into human resources more than two decades ago, serving as a leader with increasing responsibilities in the human resources and personnel management divisions at America Online, Ancestry, H&R Block, Comcast and Finicity, a Mastercard company.
